The Story of the Jersey Boys

Jersey Boys is the story of a youth group from Newark, New Jersey. These individuals were coming from the wrong side of the tracks and were sure bets to become savants. These young people became Franki Valli and the Four Seasons. They wrote all their own songs and sold 175 million records before they even turned 30. Jersey Boys is now playing at the Prince Edwards Theater in London. It is located on Compton Street. The theater can accommodate up to 1650 people. The Prince Edward Theater opened on April 3, 1930. It has an art deco design. Many criticize the exterior of the building as being rather blunt and plain, although the interior is impeccably designed and decorated.

Soft, warm tones of gold and fuchsia meet the theater goer as they enter the grand round foyer. Seats are located on three separate levels. The seats are generously upholstered and fold-back style. While the theater itself is an impressive sight, the Jersey Boys will delight and entertain.

The Prince Edward Theater is well equipped for the disabled. There are a number of seats for wheelchairs and attendants. The theater also allows guide dogs. For the hearing impaired, the Prince Edward has a sound amplification system. It runs via an infrared system and has a total of 40 headsets available. The Prince Edwards is also equipped with handicap accessible bathrooms.

Get your Jersey Boys tickets at any Ticketmaster or Prince Edwards Theater box office. The functions are every night from Monday to Saturday at 7:30 p.m. There are also matinee performances on Tuesdays and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. Group rates are available for groups of ten or more. There are also special rates for school groups of ten or more.

Jersey Boys promised a night of fun and entertainment. Although there are some scenes with adult content and strong language. Therefore, it is suggested that children under the age of 4 do not attend any of the performances. The Prince Edward Theater will not admit children under the age of four for this particular show. The theater recommends Jersey Boys for children ages 12 and older, and they must be accompanied by an adult.
