One of the best ways to focus is to set an intention and then create an action plan to achieve the intention. When we put intention into action, it’s amazing what we can accomplish.

To create your 90-day roadmap to success, think about what you want to accomplish in the next 90 days. What are your goals? What are your top 5 results? What new skills will you learn? What existing skills will you improve? How much will you do? What are the 3 reasons why you will be successful?

When creating a 90-day plan for your roadmap to success, start with the end in mind and focus on results rather than to-do’s. Then take the results and break them down into specific actions.

You can create your 90-day action plan by following these roadmap to success steps:

Step 1: Determine your top 5 results for the next 90 days.

Step 2: Determine the tactical actions you need to take to achieve your top 5 results.

Step 3 – Now take your top 5 results and break them down into 3 30-day results.

Step 4: Determine the tactical actions you need to take to achieve each 30-day result.

Step 5: Determine weekly results for the next 30 days.

Step 6. Determine the tactical actions you need to take to achieve each weekly result over the next 30 days.

Step 7: Determine the daily results for the next 7 days.

Step 8: Determine the tactical actions you need to take to achieve each outcome over the next 7 days.

Every 7 days repeat steps 7 – 8.

Every 30 days repeat steps 5 – 8.

Every 90 days repeat steps 1-8.

It is important to note that this success roadmap action plan is not set in stone. Think of it as a living document that is modified at various intervals.

Note that steps 5 and 6 only determine the results and tactical actions for the next 30 days, not for each of the next 3 30-day periods. This allows for adjustments and flexibility to be made during the 90-day period based on the results and observations from the previous time period.
