Some things are totally different on Spanish time;

The fact that in Spanish you do not continue adding after half an hour, for example you would not say 1.35, 1.40, 1.55 and so on. What Spanish speakers do instead is subtract from the next hour, so you would actually say, 2 o’clock minus 5 minutes or 2 o’clock minus 20 minutes, etc.

Media is used to mean half an hour and a quarter for a quarter and a quarter for any hour.

It’s one and a half. It’s 1:30.

Four fourth menus – 3.45.

New and fourth – 9.15.
