Cell phone activity. Be aware of your behavior on the cell phone. If he’s cheating, he’s probably talking to the other woman on her cell phone. Even if you’re careful to cover her tracks, there’s a good chance you’ll make a mistake here. Check lists of calls and text messages. Are you deleting these? Do you always sneak out to use your phone so you can talk in private? Is he hiding his phone from you? Do you catch him whispering or suddenly hanging up when you walk into a room?

Appearance. Look out for any sudden and drastic changes in your personal appearance. Guys don’t usually drastically change their appearance without the influence of a woman. New clothes, new haircut, new cologne, etc. If he says he’s going to a friend’s house or running an errand but he’s dressed in his best clothes, be suspicious.

Personal hygiene. A cheating guy will often take a shower as soon as he gets home or do a lot of laundry. Is this out of character for him? If so, he may be trying to eliminate odors that could get you arrested. Be extra vigilant for any strange scents of perfume or lotion that aren’t yours.

Internet. Are you nervous in front of the computer while checking emails or chatting online? Does it suddenly go offline when you walk into the room? Internet activity is a good way to find out if your man is cheating on you. There are even ways to check your online activity that you probably aren’t aware of. If you’re serious about getting evidence, you might want to look into this.

You have to ask yourself if you are ready to really know the truth. Some women don’t want to know… they’re afraid of losing him or live in denial. But ignoring the truth won’t make it go away. If you know the truth, you can at least take steps to save the relationship. Look carefully for these signs of cheating. If he’s behaving this way, it’s probably time to get proof. Without proof, he will deny everything and you will be trapped in a world of anguish and uncertainty.
