Garmin Premium Voices

Lots of people are looking for premium GPS voices. They want to enjoy what they hear while driving. Browsing the internet, you can find voices like Snoop Dogg, Homer, Stewie, Mr. T, GOzzy Osbourne and many more, which can be Garmin premium voices. However, there are only two premium voices endorsed and promoted by Garmin. These are SpongeBob and Dora the Explorer.

Sponge Bob Square Pants

SpongeBob SquarePants is a voice that most people love. If he drives alone, he’ll really enjoy the company of a friend who keeps an eye on the road and can still make him laugh. The SpongeBob Pack includes two fun SpongeBob vehicle icons to animate the Garmin map screen.

Dora the explorer

Dora the Explorer Premium Voice is the sweet voice of a true explorer. She is laced with a great deal of emotion. Personally, I prefer this voice of Dora from Nickelodeon to the Premium voice of SpongeBob SquarePants.

Unsurprisingly, SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer Voices are not free voices from Garmin. They come at a price. My research indicates that, as of May 2011, they both sell for $5.99 on the Garmin website.

Garmin Custom Voices

Garmin knows that some people abhor the idea of ​​being instructed on what to do; they don’t like someone playing lord over them. If that’s you, and you have the time and patience, Garmin doesn’t care that you’re his own boss.

The Garmin Nuvi Voices page gives you a tool to create your own voice message so no one has to tell you what to do. If you feel comfortable with a friend or family member telling you what to do while driving, you can ask them to do it for you. You could also have President Obama do the same for you.

Dr. Nightmare

You should know what this voice sounds like by name before you even hear it. It can be a lot of fun to listen to this enchanted voice pack. Of course, it is for the brave. I don’t know how brave your family is but I don’t recommend this voice in the car that takes the kids to school.
