Fatherhood is meaningless if you don’t have a daughter

The father of a young woman stands out among the most persuasive people throughout her life, from newborn to baby, through preteen and teenager. Dad’s approach to life will serve as an example for her daughter to meet in her own life, despite her choosing an alternate worldview. He not only gives her a sense of security and solidity, but he can also manage her through the vital challenges of her life simply by being a caring example. Much of what a father shows his children is not so much by sitting down and behaving to deceive them, but how he needs his children to behave.

Regardless of whether she is married or still with the mother of her child, showing admiration for her mother is also key. Likewise, she must esteem the ladies as individuals, and not as people to be used. Little girls will see what their parents accept about ladies by how they esteem and admire ladies, or how they refuse to act like one.

Parents assume a fundamental role in the mental development of their daughters from the moment they are conceived. The distinction between an adoring father and an absent father has a tremendous effect on how the young person grows up. When parents miss school, either physically or internally, their daughters are affected in many negative ways. With the ultimate goal of building positive self-esteem in mind, the key is a strong bond between the father and the girl.

All of this goes to show that a mother-daughter bond is great; however, it cannot replace a father-daughter bond.
