Come on Bananas!

Eat a banana every day. All wrapped up in its own fluorescent jacket, easy to eat, preferably with breakfast, anytime is good.

For starters, they’re a fantastic bright and cheery color to start the day with and a fun shape that never fits in your lunchbox so you often end up eating it on the way to work!

Bananas are nature’s mood food, because the tryptophan in bananas converts to serotonin and can naturally help patients overcome “blues.” They are naturally low in fat and high in vitamins and minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium – vitamins A, B and even a little C!

Great for fighting stress, they’re also said to relieve morning sickness and PMS, so all guys reading this should remember that…however, it might be a good idea to give the goddess a box in her life. of dark choccies as well as a banana at that time of the month!

And if you suffer from a hangover and find yourself muttering “never again”, a good home remedy is to prepare a banana smoothie drink, mixed in a blender with a little milk and honey, it’s almost worth it!

One of our favorite ways to make sure we get some of this fantastic whole GRASS (yes, apparently it’s a very large herb, not a tree at all) is to bake some delicious banana bread, delicious to eat hot from the oven and spread with a little of butter.
