Can you increase the size of your penis after puberty? The truth will surprise you!

There are millions of men around the world who are unhappy with the current size of their penises. Some men think they are too small, while others just want to increase their size even though they don’t think they are small. It is truly alarming how much a man’s penis has to do with his overall character and approach to women. Society would have us believe that women generally like men who are ‘bigger’ and therefore those men who are below average size may feel insecure and embarrassed about being intimate with a woman. As a result, they tend to look for methods or products that will give them an improvement in their length and girth.

But the question is: Can a man increase the size of his penis after puberty?

There are several answers to these questions, and sometimes it can be very difficult to determine what the truth is. If you’ve ever seen a men’s health magazine, you may have seen some type of advertisement promoting penis enlargement pills, pumps, or some type of device that claims it can increase the size of a male penis. All of these promotions claim that they are backed by clinical studies and have been shown to work. Whether or not these are paid actors claiming to be doctors is a mystery to us!

So let’s dig a little deeper to see if any solutions can be found. After puberty, most parts of our body stop growing. If that wasn’t the case, then humans would be tall as trees. On the other hand, we can improve our features after puberty by exercising and practicing good eating habits while taking in the necessary nutrients. So, for example, if you are a skinny person, you can follow a muscle building program and increase your muscle mass in the gym. This is because it can exercise your muscles and supply them with protein and other nutrients to help them grow.

Your penis, on the other hand, is not a muscle!

Unlike your chest, legs, and arms that contain muscles, your penis is different. Fortunately or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) your penis doesn’t have a real muscle, so you can’t just exercise it like you would your arms or legs. This also means that you cannot just take a pill to enlarge your penis without affecting any other part of your body.

What about devices like extenders, pumps, etc.?

Again, this is a very controversial topic. The male enlargement industry generates billions of dollars a year and will do everything in its power to test and prove that these enlargement methods work. The only way to know if they do is if you try them yourself. However, I do not recommend it because there are some drawbacks that could pose a risk to the health of your manhood. (Later I will tell you what I recommend).

So are you stuck with a small penis size?

Not really. While there are many methods that have a lot of question marks behind them, there is one method that I recommend. That method is the use of penis exercises. See, the problem of having a short penis has been around for decades and dates back to the days that men use to solve that problem. But guess that? They didn’t have these fancy gadgets that are now available! They had hundreds of exercises that they performed that are documented and available today.

So the answer to the question of whether a man can increase the size of his penis after puberty is yes. He can do this by performing proven penis exercises that have been used by men of yesteryear and still work today.
