An ideal time sheet

An ideal timesheet is one that can hide all the complex functionalities and provide an elegant graphical user interface (GUI) for employees to enter their clocking details. The GUI should be such that even a layman with limited knowledge can figure out what needs to be entered, how, and where.

The ideal timesheet should provide an organization with the ability to customize it according to their needs and requirements; however, at the same time it does all the complex calculations itself and asks employees to fill out only the required fields. You should not only be able to incorporate all relevant county, state and central laws from time to time, but also provide the employee with updated clock in/out times after accounting for daylight saving time.

A timesheet, which can be used by all employees who stay in different time zones and can greet employees while punching in/out with a personalized message is amazing. employees can punch in/out while writing the reason for it; If there’s anything else to say while punching OUT to your superiors, the ideal timesheet provides the facility of employee mailing at the click of a button.

Organizations have employees working different shifts, spanning different hours in a 24-hour period. Calculating these different shifts when they fall on two different dates, manually, is hell.
