Both Calvinn Starre (VP of Business Development) and Rick Fleshman (VP of Marketing and Operations) have long and lucrative careers in Network Marketing. However, on the company’s corporate website there is no reference to Eric Banks (President) or Arun Kemer (CEO) having spent any time or experience in Network Marketing. This should be a top concern for anyone considering this opportunity because their future commission checks will be greatly affected by the decisions of these two gentlemen.

The 10% binary compensation is solid with the bonus structure seeming to favor associates who recruit heavily. With the Fast Start Bonus set to just 10% for new associates, it seems like this heavily favors those at higher achievement levels. This is both good and bad, depending on what your current rank is. Mega matching bonuses pay seven generations from Diamond and below to Associate Director. There is a builder pool set at the top 1% of the entire country pool for Diamonds and below. This is a fantastic incentive for new associates who are actively building their business.

Marketing.

Being a health and wellness company, it’s no surprise that the only reference to growing your business is sharing the product with friends, family and associates. These methods are effective and have worked for decades; however, the company does not appear to offer assistance to associates who wish to develop their businesses online. The techniques used for offline marketing cannot be implemented in today’s online world. It’s unfortunate that the company doesn’t offer any kind of lead generation or tracking system that I can see.

Anyone looking to build their Amega Global business online must understand that personal branding is the key to finding true success online. Sharing bracelets and magic wands will not create colossal organizations or strong teams online. This can only be achieved by offering real value and displaying strong leadership skills.
