100 days since he passed away
MULTIPLE EMOTIONS. To experience loss is to experience a cosmic collision of emotions, raining down like shrapnel from the ether, hitting our vulnerability.
However, the loss is so rich with a rainbow firework. It enriches all aspects of reality, even if some facets are overwhelmed. The Lord gives and takes away, however, even in taking away, a great deal of experience is given.
One hundred days since you passed,
And these feelings of unawareness,
They prevail; they last.
You’ve had such an impact
About your mother and me,
In your sisters and family,
We look at the sky.
It’s not funny?
as time tarnishes bread,
With the immutable reality,
You can feel crazy.
vulnerable fingers,
Unused little toes,
You will always be beautiful
Heaven knows best.
Although there is healing:
The knowledge of the Lord,
There is still the strange feeling:
How they adore you!
Thanks god,
For what we had
No matter what we’ve lost
No matter how sad.
Life goes on now
Without you between us
It’s just your memory
Inside our fist.
will follow,
However, we will never forget
Just as you changed us,
Just like you did the freight for us.
Our wrong is our possession,
And we gladly hold on,
What we appreciate
That can never be sold.
It makes us who we are
and unites us
You are like glue
You’ve made love stick more.
We love your body
And I held you a lot
Even in those days,
You made us feel strong.
The days since then do not damp,
what we feel for you
For what you have given us,
We will ever close as true.
God gave you to us,
So we could see
How transformative
The loss can really be.
what you have taught us,
It’s obviously real
without you we are better
Because we can only feel.
So show us fresh,
This light held by God,
help us understand,
How to live by faith, not by sight.
take us inside
to your eternal abode,
When it’s our time
To see the golden path of God.
We imagine our welcome,
Entering the kingdom of heaven,
You there to meet us,
Holding our rudder.
We will always be,
all together again,
Up there with God
Light as a feather.
Oh what a thought
Oh how can we wait
anticipating what’s to come
Because destiny is never late.
So wait there, sweet child,
I know how you are
be there in peace,
Even as a star.
