What is life between lives regression?

There are those who believe that before coming to this physical body, we were part of the energy and love that exists in the spiritual world. We were souls who had access to the unlimited love and knowledge that is available in that realm. But ultimately we made the decision to return to the physical world to experiment and grow. But in order to experience and grow, we had to forget almost everything that was available to us in the spirit world. For those who believe in or are open to the concept, a life-between-lives (LBL) regression can allow access to that information.

An LBL, facilitated by a certified hypnotist, can allow a client to enter a super conscious state where they can then access their soul’s memories. These memories can help the person discover their karmic growth patterns and why they intend to reside in their current body.

An LBL session begins with the client regressing to early childhood memories, as early as a few months of age. This is followed by a regression to the womb where the client can experience the feelings associated with the months leading up to labor. This can include the earliest connection or feelings about your mother.

The next step is a past life regression and may include knowledge of the client’s name, gender, age, occupation, family members, historical date, location, and personality. It is not uncommon to recognize some of the important people in a past life as souls who are with us in our current lives. In many cases, a past life is directly related to the current life. Challenges and patterns from a past life often have some connection or relevance to our modern life. Our subconscious mind and higher self guide us to visit past lives that can shed light on areas of opportunity in the present. This new awareness can make it easier to release and heal spells.

Clients will be guided to move on to the most significant events of a past life. This allows for a summary of life that includes major events and challenges. This will eventually lead to the scene of death and the ability to understand the true meaning of a life just lived. This includes evaluating the lessons learned and the experiences that allowed for the greatest growth.

As the client moves into the “Spirit World” and accesses their superconsciousness, they begin to realize that they are a spiritual/eternal being. It is quite common to meet personal guide and soul group members. The common theme is one of completeness, love, support and compassion from the souls and guides they encounter. In general, the spirit guide has gently supported and coached the client through all incarnations.

Soul group members usually, but not always, incarnate together to assist each other by agreeing to play roles in each other’s lives on earth that will allow for the experiences and growth sought. You can also incarnate together to support each other. Clients sometimes find that the most challenging events and relationships allow for the most growth and experience. It is not uncommon to find the same souls challenging us from life to life to be a part of our soul group. They agree to play a role in a life so that we experience something beneficial to our development.

Meeting a soul mate in the spirit world is a unique and profound experience. Soulmates usually incarnate together to support and love each other. They often share many lives together. However, there are cases where the soul will be better served if the soul mate does not incarnate with them. The soul can benefit from experiencing or learning something without the help of a soul mate.

There is additional information that can be received, including how and why a particular life and body was chosen. Clients can learn about activities and studies in the spirit world and can visit other souls or entities to help review lives lived and possible new incarnations.

As the client interacts and receives information from soul group members and the guide, they will typically begin to understand their unique talents and abilities. They begin to see the “big picture” and understand the lessons, themes, and challenges of their soul’s story. It is not uncommon for a person who participates in a life between lives regression to experience profound life change.
